I know that therapy can be scary. You are expected to walk into a room and unload all of your insecurities, traumas, fears and secrets to a relative stranger. In my experience, getting to the first session is the hardest part. But once we start working together, we will develop a relationship based on mutual respect, honesty and understanding. I am just like you – a flawed and vulnerable human. To start the conversation, let me tell you a little about who I am. I’m a wife, a mother of 4, and an avid sports enthusiast. I love sports and I love coaching! I’ve been the head coach of Elizabeth Forward High school girls basketball for the past 12 years. I’m a 3-time Coach of the Year recipient from the Mon Valley Independent. I have been a volunteer coach in the Steel Valley Soccer Club for 15 years and counting. One of my greatest passions in life is coaching and mentoring young athletes, especially by empowering young girls through competition and sports. I’m a Panther’s to Pros Mentor who has had the privilege of working with college athletes at the University of Pittsburgh. When I’m not coaching or with my family I still enjoy playing soccer competitively, traveling, and watching college basketball.
I look forward to getting to know who you are and helping to empower you to become the very best version of yourself through my research driven therapeutic approaches and my genuine love of helping others.
